My name is Stephen Willis. I am a licensed New Jersey Home Inspector and an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector.
Before becoming a home inspector, I spent many years working as a home improvement contractor. Over that time, I gained hands-on experience in nearly every aspect of residential construction and repair.
In the later years of my contracting work, much of what I did involved preparing homes for sale and addressing issues discovered during home inspections. That experience provides a perspective many inspectors simply don’t have — I understand not only how homes are built, but how they age, where problems commonly develop, and what realistic solutions may look like.
Today, I bring that background to every inspection, providing clear, objective evaluations so buyers and sellers can move forward with confidence.
