Meet Your Inspector

My name is Stephen Willis. I am a New Jersey licensed and Internachi Certified Home Inspector. Before becoming a home inspector I spent many years as a home improvement contractor. I’ve had experience in every facet of building and repairing a home. In my “later years”, quite a lot of my work was for home sellers and realtors, resolving many of the issues that were discovered by a home inspection. This background has provided me with an insight that many home inspectors just do not have.

I take my responsibility as a home inspector very seriously. For most of my clients, buying a home is the largest investment they will make in their lifetime. My goal is to provide you with enough information to make a confident, informed decision. Unlike many inspectors, I will only schedule one inspection per day so I can give your home 100% of my attention. I promise to inspect your home as if one of my daughters was the buyer!
